  • Get a trade-in value quotation. Be a Swap Mobile customer and log in to the Swap Mobile app. Go to Trade In. Begin the trade-in by selecting your device model, keying in the device IMEI, checking eligibility, and providing a self-assessment and declaration to get an estimated trade-in value quotation. Back up and erase all personal data. Before trading in your old device, back up the device and perform a factory reset before handing it over to us. Trade In. Once the above steps are done, we will arrange a pick-up to collect your device. Upon evaluation, we will confirm the trade-in value. You may accept or reject the final trade-in quote, and you will receive your trade-in value accordingly.

  • It depends on the device, model, manufacturer, and condition. Answer a few questions accurately, and once we receive the device within the specified time frame and verify its condition, you'll most likely receive the fair amount we quoted. Keep in mind that we need to receive your trade-in device within 7 working days of your trade-in request, and the condition of your device needs to match what you told us.

  • Once we have evaluated your device and you have accepted the trade-in offer, the agreed trade-in value will appear as a Swap wallet balance or be transferred to your bank account within 14 business days.

  • Generally, it takes 2–3 weeks. We will need to collect your trade-in device within 7 days. The sooner we receive your trade-in, the sooner we can verify its condition and process your credit. It may take 14 business days for your credit to be processed.

  • Your trade-in estimate is valid for 7 days. It's important that we receive your trade-in within this time frame to ensure that you get the estimated value.

  • If your device has not been collected, you can cancel your trade-in by simply keeping your device and calling our customer service to cancel the pick-up. If you've already sent us your device, the trade-in can't be cancelled. However, if you receive a lower revised trade-in value after we've inspected your device, you can choose to reject it.

  • If the condition of your device differs from what you described, we'll provide a revised value. If the revised value is lower than the initial estimate, you can either accept or reject it. If you accept it, we'll continue with the trade-in and the revised amount will be credited to your preferred payment method. If you reject it, we'll cancel the trade-in and return your device.
