How to swap your phone

  1. Pick your next phone

    Anytime after 6 months, select Change Device in our app. Browse the device catalogue, choose your next phone, and follow the steps to make the switch.

  2. Return your current device

    Schedule a doorstep exchange at your convenience. Our courier partner will collect your existing device and deliver your selected device at the same time. We recommend backing up your data and preparing your existing device for return before the exchange.

  3. Start fresh

    Restore your backup and transfer your data to your new phone. If you’re using an eSIM, replace it in the app under Manage Lines to get connected. If you’re using a physical SIM, simply insert it into your new device.
    You can also track and manage your device subscription anytime under Manage Device in the app.

At the end of the plan

If you keep your device, you still decide how the story ends.

At the end of the subscription choose the option that works for you.

    Pay the applicable ownership fee and keep the device you're using.

    Return or change

    Return the device or start a new subscription with your next smartphone.

    Decide later

    Any fee after month 24 goes into reducing the applicable ownership fee. If you can't decide yet, keep subscribing to enjoy the benefits of flexibility and peace of mind.
